Inside Stall Juggling Trick
In this video I am going to teach you how to do the Inside Stall, which looks like this.

And as you can see, it is very similar to doing the Outside Stall, and Toe Stall, and all your same tips apply, but what you will find is this is one of the harder stalls to do. The reason why is it is actually very hard to get your foot to be flat so the bag doesn’t roll off.

When you do this stall you want to stall the hacky sack right about the level of your knee. Any lower and you will see my foot is kind of angled. It is going to make it easy for the foot bag or the hacky sack to roll off. Right about the level of your knee your foot can be flat. You will want to see, depending on how flexible you are that will change. Then all the other action comes from the knee on your standing leg. If you need to catch the hacky sack lower that means you have to bend lower. You don’t just want to drop your foot because that won’t work. As you are catching it, you can see how much my knee bends. As the hacky sack is coming down I bend my knee to catch low and then I lift my foot to toss it up in the air, and I can get right back into my combos.

That is all you need to be able to perform the Inside Stall.

There are no juggling tricks you need to know before learning this trick with your juggling.
