Hacky-Sack In This Video:

Forehead Stall Hacky-Sack Trick
In this video I am going to teach you how to do the Forehead Stall, which looks like this.

Just like that. When you get into the Forehead Stall, you can use any kick you want, in fact when you are first learning it is easier just to toss the hacky sack up so you can get a feel for it and not even worry about doing a kick first.

It is actually quite a bit simpler than you’d think. The first thing to keep in mind is your chin needs to be up and your forehead relatively flat, which is a little confusing because some people put their head way back like this, which actually doesn’t make your forehead entirely flat. If you are up more at an angle you will see there is a nice flat spot right at the top where the hacky sack can rest. Because the hacky sacks are so squishy it is very forgiving. It is not going to roll off too easily. Just getting the hacky sack ready, tossing it up and balancing; you will find it is a lot simpler than you’d think.

To get out of it you can do just what I did and tilt your head. Usually you will find that the foot bag falls right in place to do an Inside Kick so you can get right back into your routine.

The other thing to think about is when you are kicking, obviously you have to kick a little higher than you are used to. Sometimes a great way to recover is when you kick and it comes up is to bend your knees. That helps me to get underneath it and get my aim. I can bend my knees a bit as the hacky sack is hitting my head to cushion it so it doesn’t roll or fall off.

That is all you need to do the Forehead Stall.

There are no hacky-sack tricks you need to know before learning this trick with your hacky-sack.
