Inside Kick Hacky-Sack TrickIn this video I am going to teach you how to do the Inside Kick, which looks like this.

Now, this is the first kick that you are going to learn with the Hacky Sack, because it is the easiest kick to learn with a Hacky Sack. There are really only 2 things you need to keep in mind that will make learning it a little bit easier. 

The first is that when you kick the foot back you want to make sure to lift your foot up to the point where your foot is flat. If you have it lower or higher then when the Hacky Sack hits your foot it is going to bounce off in some crazy direction, and that ruins all the fun.

The second thing that helps is if you turn to the outside a little bit. Since the bag is going to be directly in front of me it is actually easier to get my foot exactly where I want it if I turn a little bit as I raise my foot to the inside. That is just a helpful tip, and that will help you with keeping the foot bag going straight up and down, improving your control.

Once you’ve kind of gotten that down, you have messed around with it a little bit, you want to start by doing just one kick with one foot at a time. Start with your right leg. Try to get it going straight up and down. When you get a little better you can try to do 2 kicks at once. One, two, and build your way up from there to more and more.

The other thing you can try is kicking with alternating legs, so right and left. Kick right leg, kick left leg, just like that.
