Now, in order to do this trick, you want to make sure that you know Gunslinger and Earthturn. So if you do not know those tricks, make sure you check out those videos. To start it off, you are going to be in a Revolver Grip, with the tama on the spike, like this. What you are going to want to do, is as you are doing the gunslinger motion, you are actually going to use the momentum of that to allow the tama to come off the spike and do an earthturn. The main tip here is to truly make sure that you keep the ken straight. If you do it crooked at all, it is going to cause the ball when it comes off to rotate sideways and not straight. It is going to be a lot harder for your to land the earthturn. You also really want to make sure that you let go and complete the gunslinger rotation as you are coming up, just like you would with a normal gunslinger. Kind of go up a little bit more with the ken to allow the tama to come off and easily land on the spike during the earthturn rotation. Those are your main tips for you. You just really want to practice bending your knees and letting go. You want the tama to do a really slow rotation. So you do not need to rush the rotation of the gunslinger because if you do, the ken flies away from your hand, the tama will not spike properly, it makes the trick really difficult. So once again, you just start off in the gunslinger grip, do a slow rotation, and then land on the spike. And that is how you do Gunslinger to Earthturn.
