The interior mechanism features a rounded edge design to improve glide and reduce friction while rotating the cube’s sides. A series of screws allows the tension in the mechanism to be adjusted for by the player for a personalized feel and to increase or decrease speed as needed. For an even better performance, our pure silicone yoyo lube can be added to the edges of the internal mechanism to further reduce friction and improve glide (CAUTION: lube will remove adhesive on the back of stickers, so care should be taken not to get any lube on the stickers of a speed cube).
