YoYoFactory took advantage of this by making the inner walls of the Titanium Dream Yoyo as thin as possible, which allowed them to put a significant portion of the yoyo’s weight around the outer rim. In aluminum yoyos, putting that much weight on the rim of the yoyo would cause the yoyo to be a bit heavy and slow. In contrast, the Titanium Dream Yoyo plays incredibly light and fast, while it’s rim weighted design still allows it to spin longer and play more stable than its weight would imply. Speed and stability are incredibly difficult to build into a single yoyo, but by taking advantage of titanium’s unique properties, YoYoFactory has achieved both in the Dream yoyo.
