iYoyo has yet again achieved perfection the iPPON Yoyo, their latest polycarbonate/stainless steel bi-material masterpiece. The iPPON Yoyo is a well balanced and all around superb design. It’s not too fast, not too slow, not too heavy, not too light, not too rim weighted and not too center weighted. The iPPON strikes many “just right” balance points, from its shape to the way it plays.

The body of the iPPON  Yoyo is made from machined polycarbonate plastic, which looks striking and gives the iPPON its distinctive feel. The machined plastic surface is also exceedingly smooth, with very, very fine lines machined into the surface for stellar grind performance. The shape of the profile is an aggressive V shape that is perfect for long horizontal tricks. Near the rims of the yoyo are the two stainless steel weight rings, placed at just the right distance away from the gap for superior performance

The inner cup has an aluminium finger spin dimple that holds your finger very well. The entire inner cup of the iPPON Yoyo goes directly to the center, so catching and performing finger spins feels comparatively easy.

All of this comes together to make the iPPON a yoyo you’ll need to play with. The machined polycarbonate/stainless steel design gives you the best of all worlds – an exceptionally high level of play and a super easy to use finger spin cup, all for a price cheaper than most bi-metal yoyos.
